Digital Runner was founded in Turin in 2024 with a simple, slightly old-fashioned idea: listen first, promise later. We work with B2B companies, e-commerce businesses, race organisers and brands you’ll find on supermarket shelves. Very different industries, the same way of working: we start from a measurable goal and come back to it at the end of every month to see how it went.
What makes us different
The agency was founded in 2024, but we’ve been working in digital for much longer and we’ve seen it all: dashboards full of charts that didn’t move a single euro, promises of page one, reports nobody opened. We decided to do the opposite. Every activity we propose comes with a goal and a number next to it; if after a few months the number doesn’t move, we’re the first to say so and we change course.
SEO, campaigns, automation, social, website, AI: we treat them as levers of the same machine and switch on only the ones your project needs. Sometimes that’s just two.
Running is part of who we are
The name isn’t a gimmick: the people who founded the agency run, and running teaches two things we bring to the office. Results come from method and consistency, never from shortcuts. And behind a race that fills the streets there are months of invisible work. That’s why we love working with people who organise races, events and sports communities: it’s a world we know from the inside, with a race bib on.

There’s no account manager here passing your requests on to someone else. The person who answers you is the same one who writes the strategy, launches the campaigns or works on the website, and who tells you at the end of the month how it went.
