The story first, then the bottle

Food & Beverage

IN SHORT

In food, you sell a story before the product. Who makes it, how they make it, why it costs what it costs. We work on the storytelling, on explaining the product, on the community and on communication for bars and restaurants. And we look after food e-commerce, which has its own rules on freshness and shipping. We do it with the Metzger 1848 brewery and with consumer brands such as Equilibra.

The challenges of the industry

WHAT’S DIFFERENT
IN THIS WORLD

The catalogue alone doesn't sell

Product photo, price, and again. That's how social media gets boring. What sells is showing how it's made and who makes it.

Consumers and venues on the same channel

People drinking at home and people running a bar read the same profiles. You need different messages and a plan that keeps them apart.

Selling food online has its own rules

Freshness, shipping, returns. The website has to take them into account, and say so clearly.

Production sets the calendar

Trade fairs, festivals, seasonal products. Marketing follows the rhythm of the brewery or the field.

For your events

DIGITAL TOOLS BUILT TO MEASURE

A festival, a trade fair, a race: every event needs pieces of its own. Landing pages with the programme and presales, bookings by time slot, pages reserved for trade visitors, games that collect contacts. We design and build them ourselves, connected to email and the CRM, ready in time for registrations to open.

GAME · LEAD CAPTURE

The wheel of fortune

A pop-up you spin that assigns a personal, single-use discount code and sends the contact into the email flows. We built it for ASO Facile and for Metzger 1848: the list grows through play, with no tedious forms.

La landing del Metzger Fest Horeca per i professionisti

The day reserved for bars and restaurants, with a choice of visiting time and compulsory registration.

Telling how the product is made

A brewery that only posts bottles is a catalogue. One that shows the brew day, explains the styles, introduces the people working front of house and organises evenings is a brand. On social media and in sales, the difference shows. In food we start from here: four content strands (how it’s made, what to know, the community, the venues) and an editorial plan that holds them together.

Selling online, by the rules of food

For those who sell online we look after product pages, shipping and logistics. And we build an e-commerce site that explains freshness and storage without scaring anyone off. Then we measure everything: how much each contact costs, how many visits come from Google, how many visitors buy, how many come back.

The questions we get asked

THE QUESTIONS WE GET ASKED MOST

Do you also work with bars and restaurants, not just consumers?

Yes. For Metzger 1848 we run campaigns aimed at bars and restaurants, beer menus and materials for venues. And a dashboard that brings together advertising, direct sales and the hospitality channel.

How do you grow a food brand's newsletter list?

By giving people a concrete reason to sign up. For Metzger we put a pop-up on the site with a wheel of fortune that hands out single-use discount codes, linked to the automated emails.

Do you also manage international brands distributed in Italy?

Yes. For Compagnia dei Caraibi we run the Italian profiles of several spirits brands. We adapt the global content so it sounds Italian, while respecting the brand's rules.

Are influencers useful in food?

Yes, if you choose them by looking at the data. In food, small local and niche creators often bring more results than famous names, and cost much less. We select them and measure them like any other channel.

Does advertising work in food?

It pays off more with people who already know you (those who've seen you, follow you or bought from you) than with people who've never heard of you. That's why we start from content and community, and use campaigns to take them further.
