The member picks a membership, fee or course and pays by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Satispay. The account is created automatically with the first purchase.

Registration form and the documents you ask for, with their expiry dates: medical certificate, waiver, privacy or parental consent.

A single email arrives with all the attachments and a link to the member’s record. Check it and approve with one click.

What is ClubRM?
It’s the membership management software developed by Digital Runner for clubs and associations: sports clubs, cultural associations, drama, dance and music schools, non-profits. Members sign up, pay, upload their documents and renew from their phone; the office approves with one click and gets a list of who isn’t up to date every Monday.
Which organisations is it for?
Any organisation with members, fees and documents to collect. For sports clubs it handles memberships, medical certificates and races; for cultural associations, schools and non-profits it handles waivers and consents, course bundles and events. We configure it around your rules.
Do our existing members have to register again?
No. We bring in the member records you already have, even from an old website or an Excel sheet. For Base Running, 638 accounts were moved over with their passwords: they work just as before the first time members log in.
Does it connect to our newsletter and CRM?
Yes. ClubRM connects to the email marketing platform you already use, such as Brevo, Klaviyo, HubSpot or Mailchimp, and to any other that allows a connection with another app. Lists update on their own: active members, due for renewal, signed up to a course or an event.
What if we don’t have a website?
We’ll build it. Websites and e-commerce are what we do: sign-up pages, shop, events calendar, all connected to ClubRM with one basket and one account.
Is it the same software for everyone?
