IN SHORT
We run campaigns on Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn with one clear job, bringing in sales and leads. Likes, if they come, are a side effect. Audiences built on behaviour and interests, creative designed for the first second, constant testing and a budget watched with the same care we put into Google Ads.
The format is the message

01
The audience
Who will see the ad: your lists, lookalikes, interests, people who have already visited you.
02
The creative
The vertical format is the message. We produce variants and pit them against each other.
03
The test
Every two weeks we switch off what isn’t delivering and move the budget to where it works.
What’s included
01
For e-commerce, lead generation and awareness. Copy and visuals designed as a pair, lookalike audiences based on your customers, retargeting ads featuring the products people viewed.
02
The channel with the lowest cost per thousand views and the most different rules. Spark Ads, search ads and videos made for the platform.
03
You choose the audience by job title, company and industry. It's the channel for companies selling to other businesses: it costs more, and it pays off if the journey after the click is ready.
04
Today it's the creative that picks the audience. We produce and test variants, vertical formats and different hooks, then keep the ones that bring results.
05
CRM lists, website visitors, people who engaged with your content. One message for people who don't know you and another for those who are almost ready.
06
Pixels, conversion APIs and events set up properly, so every euro is linked to what it produced.
Algorithms reward sponsored content. Getting seen with organic posts alone is possible, but slow. Social advertising is the way to buy targeted attention, and it’s also the quickest way to waste it if you carry the habits of one channel into another. Each platform has its own formats, rhythms and audience, and we treat them as three different jobs.
Before publishing a single ad we study the audience: interests, behaviour, age and location, what they’ve already done on your website. Then we build the campaign in stages: people who don’t know you, people who have already seen you, people who were almost ready. Each stage has its own message. The budget stays flexible to follow what the data says, and a share always goes on A/B tests, because what works today might stop working tomorrow.
We decide with numbers: how many people click, what a lead costs, how much comes back for every euro spent, how many fill in the form on the landing page. We explain the reports to you, and if you want to learn to read them yourself, we’ll train you.
Companies are made of people, and people use Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn even when they’re making decisions for work. We have B2B campaigns on Meta that bring qualified leads and training courses that sell on TikTok. We choose the right platform with a test.
How we work

STEP 01 OF 05
01
Your own lists, people who have already visited, lookalike audiences, interests. On LinkedIn we think in terms of job title and company, and if it costs more there's a reason.
02
Vertical format, sound optional, the hook in the first two seconds. We make several versions, because the one that works is almost never the one everyone liked in the meeting.
03
Variants run against each other on the same audience. After a few days the numbers say which stays and which goes, and that's the end of the discussion.
04
People who watched the video, who opened the form without finishing it, who left their basket. Each one gets the sequence that suits the point where they stopped.
05
The lead arrives in the CRM along with the campaign it came from. So you know which creative generated which quote, not just how many clicks it got.

We did it for
Better said up front
NO
Without footage, or at least the willingness to shoot some, the ads become a showcase of stock photos. They don't work well, and it shows.
NO
With an audience that small, campaigns have no room to run. Better to use LinkedIn with surgical precision, or pick up the phone.
NO
If price or the product page is what's holding things back, no creative can hide it for long. We'll tell you before we take the budget.
The questions we get asked
It's paid advertising on social media: Facebook and Instagram with Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn. On Google you wait for someone to search for you. Here you go out to meet an audience chosen by interests, behaviour, job title or company.
It depends on who needs to buy. Meta covers most consumers, TikTok reaches a younger audience at costs that are still low, LinkedIn reaches specific job titles and companies. Often one or two, done well, are enough.
The one where your audience is when they make the decision. To simplify a lot: Meta for selling to consumers and for broad lead generation, TikTok for low to mid-priced products and a young audience, LinkedIn for selling high-value contracts to businesses. But there are B2B companies that work on Instagram and training courses that sell on TikTok. That's why we start with small tests and scale up afterwards.
Enough to gather data quickly. A few tens of euros a day per channel is a sensible starting point to see what works. Part of the budget always goes on A/B tests, comparing two versions against each other. The management fee is separate and is based on the work to be done, regardless of how much you spend.
No. By choosing the audience by job title and income, it also reaches consumers with good spending power: training, high-end services, technology. It remains the channel with the most expensive clicks, so it should be used where the value of a lead justifies it.
Yes. Copywriters and designers work in pairs on ads, short videos and carousels, and every piece of creative is born with variants ready to test. If you have an in-house team, we fit into the way you work.
We’ve written about it

Three videos shot on a phone are enough to see whether there's material to build on. Thirty minutes, no commitment.
