Courses for company teams, in the classroom and online
IN SHORT
We run training courses for company teams on the subjects we work with every day for our clients: artificial intelligence, digital marketing and advertising. We organise them directly or together with training providers, and when a company can draw on a training fund or an open call for funding, we fit them into a funded plan. Over the years, in the classroom and online, we have trained more than 1,000 people. With ASO Facile we took training onto an online platform, today one of the leading portals in Italy for dental assistants.
The challenges of the industry
Some use ChatGPT every day and others have never opened it; some run the campaigns and others just approve them. A one-size-fits-all course bores the first group and loses the second, which is why we split groups by role.
A course is useful if people work better the next day. We build the exercises on your own material, with the campaigns, documents and tools you already have in the company.
Training funds and calls for funding can pay for staff training. Each call has its deadlines, requirements and paperwork; working with a training provider means the admin doesn't land on your HR department.
Google and Meta change their platforms every few months, AI tools even more often. The people teaching you to use them use them every day on client campaigns, so they tell you how they work today.
We teach what we do for our clients: Google, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns, SEO, social media management and the use of artificial intelligence in everyday work. Over the years we have trained more than 1,000 people, in the classroom and online, from marketing departments running campaigns in-house to staff who need to learn to use an AI assistant without putting company data at risk.
Every course starts from the people in the room. A marketing manager who wants to read campaign results better needs different things from a salesperson preparing offers with ChatGPT. That’s why we build the programme and exercises on your material, and at the end we leave documents the team can come back to whenever they need.
For artificial intelligence we have a dedicated line, Articolo 4, also designed for the AI literacy obligation set out in the AI Act. You’ll find it on the AI Act training page.
Many companies have training resources they don’t use: the training funds they contribute to, regional calls, schemes dedicated to digital skills. We work with training providers who know these rules and handle the admin, from submitting the plan to the final reporting. We take care of the content and the teaching.
Before suggesting a route we check with the provider whether your course can fit into a funded plan, on what timescale and under what conditions. If the conditions aren’t there, we tell you straight away, and the course can still go ahead, paid for directly by the company.
A course can live beyond the classroom. With ASO Facile we turned the mandatory training for dental assistants into a tool people can use whenever they want: an online platform built for people who study in the evening, after work, and for the practices that pay for the courses. Today it is one of the leading portals in Italy for dental assistant training, and working on it taught us what it takes for an online course to be easy to buy, follow and complete.
In this industry
We’ve written about it
The questions we get asked
It starts with a call where you tell us who's taking part, what their roles are and which tools they already use. On that basis we propose a programme, length and format. Before the course we gather a few examples from your work, so the exercises are about your company. At the end you keep the materials and, if needed, certificates of attendance.
It depends on who's taking part. The classroom, at your company or at a training provider's premises, works well for hands-on workshops and for groups who work together every day. Live online sessions are convenient when people are on different sites or work remotely. Often a mix works best: a day in the classroom and a few short online sessions in the following weeks, to pick up the questions that come up on the job.
Sometimes, yes. Companies that belong to a training fund can use it to train their staff, following that fund's rules and calls, and there are also regional calls and other public schemes. In these cases we work with training providers who handle the application. Before starting we check with them what's possible for your company and on what timescale: funding is only confirmed once the plan is approved, so we never take it for granted.
Yes. We start from the subjects we work on every day, namely artificial intelligence, Google, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns, SEO and social media, and adapt them to your industry, the roles in the room and the tools you use. An AI course for the admin team and one for the sales team use different examples, even if the topic is the same.
It depends on the goal and on how many people are involved. For an introduction to artificial intelligence aimed at all staff, half a day can be enough. A hands-on programme on advertising campaigns or AI tools for a department runs over several sessions spread across a few weeks. The quote comes after the first call, once we know who's taking part and what they need to be able to do at the end.
Article 4 of the AI Act requires organisations that use AI systems to take measures to ensure AI literacy among their staff. After the Digital Omnibus (EU Regulation 2026/1744) no certified level is required, but it's worth being able to show what you've done. Our AI courses leave attendance records, tests and certificates: you'll find the details on the AI Act training page.
Thirty minutes on a video call, or over a coffee if you’re ever in Turin. You tell us where you want to get to, we tell you what we’d do first and why. Then it’s your call.
