IN SHORT

We manage your social channels and produce content that grows your brand over time: editorial plan, vertical video, community management, digital PR and creators. A single voice across every channel, measured on what matters to the business. When needed, paid social gives the posts a boost.

CONTENT PLAN

Not "how many posts"

The calendar is the easy part. What changes the numbers is deciding what to talk about, with which face, and having something to say even in July.

  • Vertical formats and editing
  • Community and replies to comments
  • Monthly report on what worked

What’s included

WHAT WE DO,
IN PRACTICE

  • 01

A plan so you know what to publish

Goals, audience, regular features and a calendar. It's the plan that turns "we post when we can" into work that can be measured.

  • 02

    Content made for each platform

Photos, vertical videos, Reels, carousels and copy. Every format is designed for the channel it goes out on; the same post copied everywhere doesn't work.

  • 03

    Replies and conversations every day

We reply, moderate and keep conversations going. It's the daily work that turns followers into customers and customers into advocates.

  • 04

    Creators and online press coverage

Micro-influencers chosen on the basis of data, collaborations, articles in industry publications and blogs. So you're present where your audience places its trust.

  • 05

One piece of content, many formats

A successful video becomes ten different pieces of content. We reuse what works to get the most from every hour of production.

  • 06

    Social listening and results reports

What people say about you, in what tone, and the numbers that matter to the business: visits, leads, sales. We count the likes, but they come later.

A recognisable voice, every day

The most common mistake is using social media as a shop window: a product photo, the price, and on to the next. The opposite works. Showing how things are made, explaining, showing the people, building a community that looks forward to the next piece of content. That’s how we work with brands such as Equilibra and Metzger 1848: a recognisable voice, every day, on every channel.

From plan to production

We start from a strategy: what needs to happen thanks to social media, for whom, with which regular features. Then come the editorial plan, the calendar and production: vertical videos, Reels, carousels and copy, each in the right format for its platform. Finally there’s the daily work with the community: replying, moderating, listening.

We reuse the content that works in several formats. And we measure it on what matters to the business: visits, leads and sales, as well as engagement.

Who we work with

E-commerce shops and consumer brands, breweries and food companies, events and sports communities, B2B companies (selling to other businesses) determined to take LinkedIn seriously. We work on calls or at our office, and for filming we come to you. If your company has something to say, we’ll build the plan together.

How we work

FROM COMPANY STORIES TO THE EDITORIAL PLAN

  1. 01

    We listen to you talk

A couple of hours with your salespeople and the people who speak to customers on the phone. The best stories are already in the company; it's just that nobody usually thinks of them as content.

  2. 02

    We choose the themes

Four or five threads that can run for months without repeating themselves. Better a few topics done well than a calendar that empties out in July.

  3. 03

    We produce

Writing, design, filming and editing. Vertical videos where they're needed, carousels where something needs explaining, real photos when there are some.

  4. 04

    We reply

Comments and direct messages, in a tone that sounds like yours. It's the part that brings in leads, and the one almost everyone forgets.

  5. 05

    We recycle what works

A video that does well becomes a carousel, an article, a newsletter. Content pays for itself over time, like a piece of machinery.

THE SPECIALTIES,
ONE BY ONE

We did it for

THE PROJECTS WHERE
WE DID IT

All our work

Better said up front

WHEN WE ADVISE AGAINST HANDING US YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA

NO

You need sales this month

Social media builds attention and trust, which then become sales elsewhere. If the need is immediate, we start from campaigns and the website.

NO

Nobody in the company has two hours a month

Without someone telling us what's happening inside, the content stays generic. Two hours a month is enough. Zero isn't.

NO

You just want to "be there"

Posting so as not to disappear costs money and brings nothing. If that's the goal, better to leave the profiles as they are and invest elsewhere.

The questions we get asked

THE QUESTIONS WE GET ASKED MOST

What does a social media manager do?

They decide what to talk about, prepare the editorial plan, write and produce the content, publish it, reply to comments and messages and measure what works. In an agency they do it together with the people handling design, video and campaigns, so the work doesn't fall on one person.

How often should you post on social media?

As often as you can keep up for months while still having something to say. Three well-crafted pieces of content a week perform better than a post a day made to fill the calendar. Consistency matters more than volume.

How much does social media management cost?

It depends on how many channels, how often you post and the type of content (video costs more than static posts). As a rough guide, for ongoing professional management, think from 750 euros a month upwards. We'll give you a precise quote after an initial call.

Which platforms do you manage?

Instagram and Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and X. Being everywhere isn't necessary: we choose the channels where your audience is, and do good work there.

Are posts enough, without advertising?

Rarely. Algorithms show posts to only a limited share of your followers, so we work on two fronts: content that builds trust and campaigns that take it to people who don't know you yet. Paid social is a separate service, but it comes from the same plan.

Do you also work with companies selling to other businesses?

Yes, especially on LinkedIn, with technical content and editorial plans for manufacturers and software houses. Even an industrial company can be interesting to follow. Decisions are made by people, and people read what's useful.
