AI Solutions · Getting help
IN SHORT
We bring artificial intelligence into marketing, sales and customer service, starting from the way you work today. First we work out where it saves hours or brings in customers, then we build it. Chatbots that answer from your content with Conversly, automation with n8n and Make, analysis, content and the team training required by the AI Act. Your data stays yours.
An example, seen from the inside
INTERNAL ASSISTANT · REQUEST
"Prepare the quote for the request that came in this morning"
ANSWER
It answers from your documents, not from whatever it has read online. The difference between a toy and a tool.
The guardrails
Where the data ends up, who checks the answers, what happens when the model gets it wrong. These are the questions we ask before switching anything on.
What’s included
01
Conversly is our chatbot. It learns from your content in a few minutes, then answers customers at any hour, collects leads and gives sales a hand. Now it answers the phone too, with its own voice.
02
Flows with n8n and Make that connect CRM, e-commerce, email and management software. Every repetitive task becomes an automated flow that saves hours.
03
Dashboards and models that forecast sales and customer behaviour and flag anomalies. As well as what happened, you see what's about to happen.
04
Copy for SEO, campaigns and social media produced with models tuned to your brand's tone of voice. A professional checks it before it goes out.
05
AI handles the recurring requests and passes the complicated ones to the right person. Customer feedback makes it better over time.
06
Documented courses to comply with Article 4 of the AI Act, through our Articolo 4 project. AI only pays off if people know how to use it.
We use it every day in our clients’ projects to solve concrete problems: replying sooner, automating repetitive tasks, analysing data nobody has time to look at, producing content at scale without losing quality.
The method is simple. We start from the way you work, find where AI can make a difference (and where it can’t) and build solutions that connect to what you already use. We leave pointless revolutions to others. We work with companies on calls or at our office.
There’s no perfect tool for everything, and for each project we choose the right combination: ChatGPT and Claude for writing, analysing and reasoning; Conversly, our chatbot, which also has its own website, conversly.it; n8n and Make for connecting systems and running the flows; predictive analytics platforms; Midjourney, DALL·E and ElevenLabs for images, video and voice within production processes.
An AI project works if the team knows how to use it. That’s why we created Articolo 4, our training programme that meets the AI literacy obligation set out in the European regulation: role-specific courses, certificates and a platform to deliver and certify them. We train the people who will use the tools every day, not just those who buy them.
How we work

STEP 01 OF 05
01
We start from what eats up your time every week; the technology comes later. Quotes, answers that are always the same, data copied from one place to another.
02
A single process, two weeks, a measurable result. If it isn't useful we stop there, and finding out cost you very little.
03
Where the data goes, what the system mustn't say, who checks the answers. Everything is decided before switching on, so there's no embarrassing first blunder.
04
Management software, CRM, email, website. With n8n and the integrations of the software you already have, keeping everything that works.
05
The difference between a toy and a tool is made by the person using it. Half a day in the company is worth more than ten subscriptions.

WHAT WE WORK WITH
Inside this service
We did it for
Better said up front
NO
AI speeds up what already exists. If everyone works their own way, first you put the process in order, then you automate it.
NO
We don't do that kind of work. AI makes sense for taking repetitive work off people's plates. The people stay.
NO
It happens a lot and it isn't your fault. In that case we run half a day of training, and the ideas come on their own, from inside the company.
The questions we get asked
Start with repetitive work: answering the same questions, preparing drafts of documents and quotes, moving data from one program to another, summarising information. AI prepares, a person checks and decides. It's best to start with a single process and measure the time saved.
It's an assistant that answers in writing like a person, on your website or inside the company, using your documents as its source. Old chatbots had a fixed menu. This one understands questions even when they're phrased in different ways. Ours is called Conversly.
It depends on the project. A Conversly chatbot starts from 89 euros a month plus setup, while a complete automation project varies with the complexity of the flows and integrations. The first 30-minute call is there precisely to estimate costs and return before any commitment.
No. The tools we bring in are designed for people working in marketing, sales and customer service. We handle the configuration, then train your team to use them independently every day.
No, and that's not the point. It takes repetitive, low-value tasks off people's hands, so they can focus on strategy, relationships and creativity. It gives them an extra pair of hands.
We only work with platforms that comply with GDPR, the European privacy regulation. Your data isn't shared with third parties or used to train external models, and you stay in control.
Yes. We start with an introductory call. Conversly has a trial version, and for more structured projects we always propose a pilot phase.
We’ve written about it

You tell us what wastes your time. If AI has nothing to do with it we'll tell you, and sometimes that's the most useful answer.
Ask for information
Tell us what you’re interested in and where you’re starting from. The person who runs this service at the agency will get back to you with timing, approach and a rough idea of costs for a case like yours.
